MV Agusta introduces a creative new webcomic series
The first episode stars Cesare and his trusty Turismo Veloce.

MV Agusta is flashing its creative chops by releasing its own series of webcomics. The Italian motorcycle manufacturer has never shied away from more imaginative marketing tactics, but it hasn't done something quite like this before. Available on its website as MV Stories, the series stars different characters sporting some of MV Agusta's most popular models.
To help realize its vision, the company enlisted artists from the Scuola Internazionale di Comics di Reggio Emilia’s Academy of Visual Arts and New Media. The stories are penned by comic writer Tommaso De Stefanis, while the art is provided by the talented Davide Castelluccio.
The first of seven issues, or episodes as they're called on the website, is available to read now. We're first introduced to Cesare, who rides his trusty Turismo Veloce. We don't want to get into spoiler territory, but the episode goes into some pretty wild directions, including a ride up a twisting mountain and an actual bear encounter.
Future episodes of the webcomic will introduce seven more characters, namely Maverick, Valentina, Brando, Lewis, Nikita, Alain, and Jordan. From the site preview, we can see that MV will be showcasing more of its lineup. The motorcycles that could be featured next include the Brutale, Brutale Rush, Dragster, F3, and more.
If you want to ride like Cesare, the MV Agusta Turismo Veloce 800 is available in the Philippines. Pegged as a sportbike built on a touring frame, the Turismo Veloce is not for the faint of heart. Powering the bike is a liquid-cooled four-stroke DOHC 798cc engine, paired with a 6-speed manual transmission. The engine produces 110 hp and 80 Nm of torque. Feature-wise, the Turismo Veloce is up there with the best. Features like ABS, traction control, cruise control, and quick shifter all come standard. The MV Agusta Turismo Veloce 800 starts at P1,100,000.
