MV Agusta to showcase new Superveloce 1000 at Italy’s FuoriConcorso

MV Agusta is making a comeback with its uniquely refined flair at FuoriConcorso, an ultra-exclusive automotive affair held at Lake Como that celebrates elegance, artistry, originality, and outstanding quality. At this event, MV Agusta will be the sole motorcycle manufacturer in attendance, showcasing the spectacular Superveloce 1000 to motorcycle aficionados. Additionally, racing icon Giacomo Agostini will share his personal perspectives and stories on MV Agusta's history, current state, and future prospects.
The exclusive showcase is scheduled for Saturday, May 20th, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and will be held in the picturesque surroundings of the 17th-century Villa del Grumello. Alongside the modern and futuristic design of the Superveloce 1000, visitors will have the opportunity to marvel at the classic and iconic styling of the rare MV Agusta 500cc 4-cylinder 72/74, which will be on display throughout the entire weekend. This 500 72/74 model is rightfully known as the originator of all racing bikes, having pioneered the aerodynamic solutions that are visible on all MotoGP motorcycles today. Additionally, the design of the Superveloce 1000 was heavily influenced by this legendary model.
The theme of this year's FuoriConcorso is centered around aerodynamics, so it is no coincidence that MV Agusta has decided to showcase the 500 72/74 from the Elli collection at the event. The exhibition of each brand at "FuoriConcorso Aero" will offer visitors a glimpse into the evolution of automotive aerodynamics, giving them the chance to admire some of the most legendary vehicles ever created that have played a significant role in the development and advancement of today's and tomorrow's aerodynamic solutions.
