TVS Motorcycles

VS Motor Company Philippines is a motorcycle brand that is based in Chennai, India. Its early beginnings began in 1962 when it was founded by Sundaram Clayton in collaboration with Clayton Dewandre Holdings, United Kingdom. It started off manufacturing automotive parts such as exhausts, brakes, and compressors. Fast forward to 1980, the TVS 50, which happens to be India’s first two-seater moped, rolled out its Hosur factory located at Tamil Nadu, Southern India. Finally, the commercial production of motorcycles began in 1984. Currently, TVS Motor Company is the 2nd largest exporter in India, with exports to over 60 Countries.

Its entry to the Philippines began when its first batch of motorcycles landed on our shores in 2016 through a soft launch. On August 15, 2018, it was then followed by the unveiling of new TVS products as lead by KN Radhakrishnan, president, and chief executive officer of TVS Motor Company. Radhakrishnan also stated that TVS models are yet to come.

Notably, TVS claims its products to be far superior as supported by the company’s number-one ranking in the JD Power Customer Service Survey for three consecutive years. TVS Motor Company Philippine continuous to venture success in the local motorcycle market through its current lineup portfolio, mainly being composed of the Neo XR 125, Dazz 110, 125 Semi Trail, Apache RTR 180, Apache 200 RTR Fi, Max 4R 125, and many more.

TVS Motor Company is currently lead by its rightful president and chief executive officer, KN Radhakrishnan. Locally, the brand has 54 authorized dealers.
