Moto Guzzi Motorcycles

Moto Guzzi has been in the motorcycle industry since 1921. Considered as the oldest European motorcycle manufacturer, this Italian brand has gained a huge number of following worldwide in the field of motorcycle racing and great inventions including the first motorycle center stand, wind tunnel, and eight-cylinder engine. The brand was founded by two aircraft pilots Carlo Guzzi and Giorgio Parodi, along with Giorgo's brother Angelo. Their friend Giovannue Ravelli whom they envisioned the plans, died in a plane crash, just before they could establish the company. Currently, its main headquarters is based in Mandello del Lario in Italy and the company is now a subsidiary of Piaggio & Co. SpA.

Moto Guzzi led various racing competition and acquired numerous awards such as the 1935 Isle of Man TT, five consecutive wins in 350cc world championship in 1950s, Constructo's Chanmpionships, among others. Aside from these acknowledgements, the European marque introduced the Moto Guzzi Grand Prix V8 in 1955. It is a 500cc racing bike equipped with its first DOHC V8 motorycle engine that can sprint up to 280km/h.
