We could soon see a brand new adventure bike from MV Agusta
It will be based on an all-new platform.
Iconic Italian motorcycle manufacturer MV Agusta is reportedly developing an adventure bike based on an all-new platform. Slated for launch in 2023, this will surely make for a fine addition to MV Agusta’s already impressive stable. Known for its neck-breakingly gorgeous motorcycles with equally impressive performance, you can bet that this upcoming adventure bike will be one of the most beautiful in its class.
MV Agusta's CEO, Timur Sardarov, has confirmed in an interview that the company will be launching quite a few new motorcycles in the coming years. A brand new adventure bike which boasts both an all-new chassis, and a new engine which is currently under development, is among the new bikes in the pipeline. MV Agusta states that the upcoming engine, which boasts 950cc of displacement and an inline-three-cylinder configuration will break cover in the latter half of next year.
As mentioned earlier, the new MV Agusta adventure tourer will surely make for an exciting addition to MV Agusta's already impressive model lineup. Up until now, MV Agusta has not produced an adventure bike with off-road capabilities. However, the Turismo Veloce has proven itself as an extremely comfortable and beautiful long distance sport tourer. The new 950cc engine, as well as the new chassis which the new adventure bike will be based on, is stated to be one of the most technologically advanced machines to roll out of MV Agusta’s factory. Needless to say, we can expect this bike to both look, sound, and perform like a topnotch machine.
At the moment, MV Agusta has yet to disclose additional details on its upcoming adventure bike. However, we’re certain that this bike will come with all the tech features and rider aids found on the crop of modern adventure bikes. We’re certainly excited to see MV Agusta’s interpretation of a thoroughly capable adventure bike. However, while an adventure bike is yet to be offered by MV Agusta, those looking to be able to ride cross-country aboard a piece of Motorcycle Art, will be best served by the MV Agusta Turismo Veloce, which starts at P1,100,000.
