Kawasaki Motors Corp. launches its home delivery program in the US
Kawasaki will deliver to your doorstep in the US.
Kawasaki Philippines was one of the first motorcycle manufacturers to order a suspension of its operations in Luzon when the COVID-19 pandemic broke out in the country. After more than a month of a nationwide lockdown that halted business operations, everyone is hopeful that it comes to an end soon.
Meanwhile, in the USA, as Kawasaki Motors Corp. is set to resume its operations this week, it has also been at the forefront of giving their customers the best experience they can get despite the current circumstances. Kawasaki will offer delivery for the purchases of vehicles, parts, accessories, and apparel and streamline its process for its customers. With a vast nationwide network, Kawasaki is confident to provide delivery of its products to the homes of its customers while at the same time, ensuring them of a safe, timely, and professional experience.
In these unprecedented times, Kawasaki is looking to ease some of the burdens facing everyone and give them the opportunity to experience Good Times™ again. We are proud of our dealer network for working with their customers to give them the Kawasaki vehicle delivery experience, while also following the guidelines set out in their local areas.
Kawasaki’s goal is to help facilitate the purchases of their products by those who cannot or who prefer to not visit a dealership. This initiative was made in light of the recent social distancing measures and stay-at-home orders made nationwide brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic.
For the delivery of vehicles, they wanna make sure they replicate the pick-up experience that customers get in the dealership. The vehicles will still be properly inspected at the dealerships prior to its delivery, and all required delivery checklists will be completed and provided for in the presence of the customer. Deliveries will be undertaken by trained dealership personnel capable of providing a thorough briefing on vehicle operation, maintenance, and safety information, not by a third-party delivery service.
Meanwhile, parts, accessories, and apparel will be delivered by third-party delivery services or common areas. However, It should be stressed that because of the variations in state and local stay-at-home orders, home delivery of vehicles may be unavailable in certain areas. Nevertheless, the thought of extending this service to their customers is Kawasaki’s testament to their commitment to bringing back the experience of Good Times™ once again. While the Philippines remains in lockdown that is looking to end by the second week of May, this may still serve as a good precedent moving forward to delivering excellent customer service by Kawasaki.
