Ducati and Supreme collaborate on crazy Streetfighter V4 S
The Streetfighter is given a youthful, urban chic through a custom Supreme livery.
Collaboration projects are really cool as they show us an interesting intersection of worlds we never thought existed. Ducati is a brand that’s adept at this, with tons of special edition models in its lineup. For its latest branding endeavor, Ducati chose the powerful, Panigale-derived, 208-hp Streetfighter V4 S hyper-naked.
The first partner, unsurprisingly, is Italy’s own Drudi Performance. This renowned design shop, known for its work on many MotoGP liveries (including Valentino Rossi's), was a natural choice. The second partner is Supreme, the iconic NYC-based streetwear brand influential in skateboard culture.
Designer Aldo Drudi collaborated with Supreme to create the bike’s livery, incorporating the brand’s bold graphic style. Notably, the Streetfighter’s Brembo Stylema front brake calipers feature an exclusive red color with a white logo, complementing the bike’s design. The one-off painted white rims integrate Supreme’s distinctive red-box logo, a nod to artist Barbara Kruger’s style, which characterizes many recent Ducatis.
The 1,103cc Streetfighter Supreme includes unique features such as a steering head etched with the bike’s serial number and a dedicated dash animation. Buyers will receive this limited-edition Ducati in an exclusive wooden crate, along with an accessory kit that includes a certificate of authenticity, a dedicated motorcycle cover, and components for a two-seat configuration.
The bike boasts a 1,103cc V4 engine, meticulously derived from the Panigale V4 supersport. This engineering marvel delivers an impressive 208 horsepower at 12,750 rpm, ensuring explosive acceleration and top-end performance. The engine also produces a robust 123 Nm of torque at 11,000 rpm, providing plenty of low-end and mid-range grunt for dynamic riding. This power and torque combination ensures that the Streetfighter V4 S offers a thrilling ride, whether you're carving through mountain roads or dominating the track. With its racing pedigree, this engine exemplifies Ducati's commitment to performance and engineering excellence.
However, this high-profile branding collaboration comes with a hefty price tag. Ducati lists the MSRP for the Streetfighter Supreme at $50,000, or just under P3 million. This makes it one of the most exclusive and expensive models in Ducati's lineup.
Reserved for the wealthiest and most die-hard Ducati and Supreme aficionados, the Streetfighter Supreme is more than just a motorcycle; it's a statement piece. The collaboration between Ducati and Supreme represents a convergence of high-performance engineering and cutting-edge streetwear fashion, appealing to those who seek the pinnacle of both worlds. This bike is not just about owning a piece of machinery but about possessing a work of art that embodies the spirit and style of two iconic brands.
