Vinfast Viper Overview

The VinFast Viper is the top of the brand's electric scooter range in the Philippines, sitting above the Evo and Feliz II with a sportier aesthetic and one notable addition to its feature set — a smart key system with remote lock and unlock, anti-theft protection, and Bluetooth and GPS-based bike locating. Beyond that, the core powertrain and battery architecture is consistent across the lineup: two removable 1.5 kWh LFP battery packs delivering 5,200W of peak power, a 145 km claimed range on both batteries, and a 90 km/h top speed. The single-battery variant brings output down to 3,000W and range to 82 km, with the option to add a second battery later. Battery swapping takes under two minutes, and a full charge from zero takes 9 hours on two packs or 4.5 hours on one. The motor and battery system carry an IP67 waterproof rating, certified for submersion at 0.5 meters for up to 30 minutes.

Built on a 1,320 mm wheelbase with overall dimensions of 1,950 x 712 x 1,122 mm, the Viper shares its platform with the Feliz II but wears distinctly sharper bodywork styled for a more aggressive road presence. A TFT multi-information display handles instrumentation, and full LED lighting with projector headlights rounds out the feature set. It is available in five colorways — Beige Black, Red Black, Matte Black, Grey, and White — giving it the widest color selection in the VinFast scooter lineup. Backed by a six-year or 72,000 km warranty on both vehicle and battery, the Viper makes the case that an electric scooter doesn't have to compromise on character to be practical.
