Vespa 946 Red 125 Standard
CVT
P777,000

Produced in partnership between the Piaggio Group and RED, the Vespa 946 Red has reached the local market in 2018. With a price of P777,000, this special edition Vespa bike is an all-red version of the Italian marque’s MP6 prototype in 1946, hence its name.
Meanwhile, RED is a brand-licensing company by U2 frontman Bono and philanthropist Bobby Shriver, which aims to raise money to help fight against AIDS, tuberculosis, and malaria. For each Vespa 946 sold, $150 (around P7,710) will be donated to the Global Fund.
This hot-looking scooter bike is made of steel, furnished with aluminum components such as mudguards and side covers. It also comes with 12-inch wheels and aluminum alloy detachable red rims. For the rider’s safety, the Vespa 946 red is equipped with Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) and ASR traction control.
Powering this special scooter bike is a 125cc air-cooled 4-Stroke, SOHC gasoline engine that can churn out 10 hp and 11 Nm of torque. This power mill is then connected to a Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT).
