Suzuki Gixxer 250 Overview

Suzuki has given its popular Gixxer naked bike some premium treatment in the form of the new Gixxer 250. Boasting a significant bump in displacement and the addition of some premium features, the Suzuki Gixxer 250 carries over the commuter bike's well-loved performance and utility, all at a price tag of just P165,000.

The Suzuki Gixxer 250 features a fully digital instrument panel which offers an abundance of information. It also comes with an ergonomic split-type seat which ensures maximum comfort for both rider and passenger, especially on longer rides.

At the heart of the Gixxer 250 is a 249cc oil-cooled, four-stroke-single cylinder engine. Equipped with a single-overhead-cam, this engine pumps out a decent 26 hp and 22 Nm of torque. Equipped with Suzuki's latest fuel-injection technology, this engine not only provides adequate performance, but impressive fuel efficiency, as well.

To improve safety, Suzuki has fitted the Gixxer 250 with ABS-equipped disc brakes on both front and rear wheels. It retains a similar diamond-frame as that of its smaller sibling, the Gixxer FI.
