Proving its reliability, Philippine National Police (PNP) recently had a ceremonial blessing for the 310 units of its new Versys 650, which will now be part of the said department’s service.
Priced at P450,000, the Versys 650 rides on 17-inch wheels and is equipped with a bunch of important features like the LED taillight, 21-liter fuel tank, digital screen, low fuel indicator, and pass switch. For additional safety, this capable touring bike comes with Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) and immobilizer.
Made for riders seeking for thrill, the Versys 650 is run by an impressive 649cc liquid-cooled 4-stroke, DOHC gasoline engine that can put out 69 hp and 64 Nm of torque. This powertrain is then coupled to a 6-speed manual gearbox.
