Indian Scout Sixty Overview
First introduced at the International Motorcycle Show in Milan, Italy in 2015, the Indian Scout Sixty offers style, maneuverability, and power. In the Philippines, this cruiser bike comes with a sticker price of P865,000.
From the front to the back, the Indian Scout Sixty embraces the throwback looks of those old-generation motorcycles. Its circular headlights, engine, and wheels have hints of the original Scout from the 1920s. This American cruiser also gets chrome accents to complete its iconic look. It also gets a low seat for a more comfortable ride and a 12.5-liter fuel tank for longer cruising.
When it comes to handling and rideability, this head-turning cruiser is installed with telescopic front forks and dual shock rear suspension setup. This old school-looking bike also gets modern safety technology as it is equipped with disc brakes and Anti-lock Braking System (ABS).
Climbing uphill on its 16-inch wheels is easy with the punchy 999cc liquid-cooled, 60-degree V-Twin, DOHC gasoline engine that can deliver a maximum output of 78 hp and 89 Nm of torque. This power mill is then connected to a 5-speed manual gearbox for a smoother ride.
