Honda CB500 Hornet Overview

The Hornet is back with a streetfighter look and city-ready attitude. The All-New CB500 Hornet brings aggressive styling, a responsive twin-cylinder engine, and smart tech for a ride that’s both exciting and practical.

This model runs on a 471cc liquid-cooled parallel twin that delivers 37.1 kW at 8,500 rpm and 44.7 Nm at 6,500 rpm. It comes with a 6-speed gearbox, chain final drive, and a 17.1L tank with 30.5 km/L fuel efficiency. The ride is smooth and sharp, thanks to Showa 41mm SFF-BP USD forks up front and a Prolink rear shock. Tires are 120/70 front and 160/60 rear, with full ABS braking handled by dual 296 mm discs at the front and a 240 mm rear disc.

It also features a 5-inch TFT screen with Honda RoadSync and turn-by-turn navigation, LED lighting, and Honda’s security system (HISS). Seat height is a friendly 789 mm, and the CB500 Hornet is ready to zip through city streets or carve up weekend roads.
