CFMOTO 250SR-Lite Overview

The CFMOTO 250SR-Lite is a lightweight sportbike for everyday use with just the right amount of tech and power to keep it fun and practical. It runs on a 249cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine with a DOHC and 4-valve setup, making 20.5 kW at 9,750 rpm and 22 Nm of torque at 7,250 rpm. Paired with a 6-speed gearbox and a wet multi-plate slipper clutch, the power delivery feels smooth and easy to handle, great for beginners or riders looking for a simple sportbike they can enjoy daily. It uses mechanical cable control for both clutch and throttle and meets Euro IV emissions standards.

Built on a steel pipe braided frame, the 250SR-Lite comes with front and rear aluminum alloy rims wrapped in 110/70 R17 and 140/60 R17 tires. Suspension is kept simple, with a standard front fork and mid-mounted monoshock at the rear. It has 88 mm of travel up front and 33 mm at the back. Braking is handled by Hangte hardware, a 292 mm front disc with a four-piston floating caliper, and a 220 mm rear disc with a single-piston floating setup. ABS and traction control come standard, which is a nice touch for a bike in this category.

It measures 2,010 mm long, with a 1,360 mm wheelbase and a low 765 mm seat height, making it easy to reach the ground and comfortable to ride for most riders. Ground clearance sits at 120 mm, and fuel capacity is at least 12 liters. It runs on a 12V9Ah battery and comes with full LED lighting, headlamp, taillight, and turn signals, plus an LCD dashboard for essential ride info. You get the usual key start, and for 2024, it comes in Nebula White or Nebula Black with a fresh new decal sticker set that gives it a clean, sporty look without going overboard.
