Take a look at KTM’s brand new 2023 street bike lineup
All of KTM’s popular street bikes with displacements ranging from 125cc all the way to 890cc receive an aesthetic makeover for next year.
With sporty new hues, KTM is updating its street bike collection for the 2023 model year. All of the bikes, which range in size from 125cc to 890cc, have received an aesthetic facelift. The updated appearance more closely aligns all of the models with KTM's Ready to Race ethos and draws substantially from the brand's racing background.
Two 125cc models from KTM, the Duke and RC, give first-time riders a taste of what the beautiful world of two wheels has in store for them. It has the same 125cc, liquid-cooled, fuel-injected engine as previously, but it has been modified to satisfy Euro 5 requirements, producing 15 horsepower. When combined with the lightweight frame and WP suspension components of KTM, this approachable level of performance results in a nimble and agile pair of sportbikes that are ideal for beginners.
The KTM RC 390 and 390 Duke, which are incredibly popular models in the Philippine market, also get aesthetic improvements. The Duke, also known as the Corner Rocket, is now offered in two new color combinations: orange and blue/gray and a sophisticated black and matte gray. With orange paintwork combined with black highlights on the trellis frame and black alloy wheels, the RC 390 adopts the same aesthetic elements as its smaller sibling. Additionally, a stylish dark-tinted shield that wraps around the protruding headlamp is included.
The KTM 790 Duke was re-released in 2022 as a mid-tier alternative for the worldwide market, sitting below the more expensive 890 Duke and the entry-level 390 Duke. The 790 Duke's original 105 horsepower output has been reduced to 95 horsepower for 2023 because it is an A2-compliant model. It will have a stylish and understated gray and black theme, with complimentary orange accents on the tank fairings. Last but not least, the updated KTM 890 Duke GP features a blacked-out component design and a black-on-white color scheme to give the premium middleweight naked bike a fresh appearance. Orange alloy wheels and a subframe further emphasize the bike's sleek and sporty attitude.
Before the end of November 2022, KTM's 2023 year-model street motorcycles will arrive at European stores. Keep an eye out for updates on the cost and availability in the Philippine market.
