Nearly 2,000 Suzuki Burgman Street owners flock to the 2023 Makina Moto Show
Suzuki's Show of Force makes it clear that the Burgman Street is a small maxi-scooter with a big attitude.
After the release of Suzuki's much-anticipated motorcycles, the Burgman Street 125 EX and the V-STROM 1050DE, on the opening day of the Makina Motoshow at the SMX Convention Center, the following day was also marked by a lot of commotion as almost 2,000 Burgman Street riders gathered at the Suzuki Hub.
The entire SMX Convention Center was filled with uniformed riders who cheered for Team Suzuki and the launch of the Burgman Street 125 EX Executive Class. The riders were treated to a special program at the Suzuki Hub, where they were personally greeted by the new President of Suzuki Philippines, Mr. Koichiro Hirao, who enthusiastically took photos with each chapter. There was an atmosphere of joy and celebration as cheers and laughter echoed throughout the event.
Suzuki produces the Burgman Series, which is a line-up of scooters ranging from 125cc to 650cc in displacement, known worldwide for their comfortable and luxurious maxi scooter body. In the Philippines, the smaller displacement Burgman has gained popularity as "The Maxi Scooter You Can Afford," as it is the most affordable motorcycle on the market with a maxi-scooter feel.
With the recent release of the Burgman Street 125 EX Executive Class, Suzuki aims to provide customers with more options to choose from. Currently, Suzuki Philippines offers three variants under the Burgman series: the Burgman 400 ABS priced at Php 529,000, Burgman Street 125 with an SRP of Php 82,400, and the newly launched Burgman Street 125 EX Executive Class priced at Php 92,400.
