Honda Motorcycles Philippines introduces the new CLICK160
The brand-new CLICK160 is now available in the Philippines, retail price is P116,900.
The new Honda CLICK160 gets a bump in displacement over its predecessor, along with a revised exterior that features a sporty new design.
With bigger displacement, bigger looks, and bigger value, the new CLICK160 features Honda’s new 157cc four-valve, liquid-cooled eSP+ engine that makes 15 hp at 8,500 RPM, and to top torque figure of 13.8 Nm at 7,000 RPM. In keeping with being a modern engine, it comes equipped with Honda’s PGM-FI system, otherwise known as electronic fuel injection. Even with its bump in power, Honda boasts that it can still achieve 46.7 km/L based on the World Motorcycle Test Cycle method. More fuel can be saved by activating the Idling Stop System (ISS), a start-stop system that saves you fuel while waiting at a stoplight by stopping the engine.
The engine is built around a new chassis that’s called the new Enhanced Smart Architecture Frame, which claims to make every turn feel lighter and stronger as you zip around on city streets and through bends and corners of country roads. The new CLICK rides on telescopic front forks, and a unit swingarm at the rear. Braking power is assured with the Combined Braking System (CBS).
Building on the CLICK’s sporty design, the new model gets a 3D Emblem, New Muffler Design, and a Park Brake Lock. You’ll also find a new USB Charger along with a Full Digital Panel Meter, and an all-LED lighting system for the head and taillights. The new scooter also features the Honda Smart Key System, which is a keyless ignition system that keeps your bike safe from theft.
Three variants of the CLICK160 will be available, Matte Pearl Crater White, Matte Gunpowder Black Metallic, and Matte Solar Red Metallic. The price of the CLICK starts at P116,900 for all variants.
