CFMOTO launches the new 450 CL-C in the Philippines
This classic-style cruiser retails for an attractive P287,900.
In the midst of the holiday season, CFMOTO continues to make waves, showcasing the latest jewel in its crown: the 2024 CFMOTO 450 CL-C. This new addition to their lineup, priced at P287,900, embodies the brand's commitment to innovation and quality. Embracing the successful lineage of its counterparts, the 450SR and 450 NK, this cruiser promises to carry forward the legacy of good design, reliable hardware, and an attractive price point.
Drawing inspiration from British bike design elements, the 2024 CFMOTO 450 CL-C bears a striking resemblance to the Triumph Bonneville Bobber, especially in certain aspects of its build. Underneath its sleek exterior lies a robust 449cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine, generating a respectable 40 horsepower and 41 Nm of torque. Positioned within the same league as the Honda Rebel 500 and Kawasaki’s latest 400cc cruiser, the Eliminator 400, this model boasts specifications that place it among these formidable contenders in the cruiser segment.
The 2024 CFMOTO 450 CL-C doesn’t just excel in power and design; its handling is equally impressive. Sporting inverted forks and a rear monoshock discreetly integrated behind the exhaust, this cruiser ensures a balanced and controlled ride. Complemented by substantial braking power from sizable discs, its handling is set to impress.
For the Philippine model, standard features like traction control, dual-channel ABS, and a circular TFT display elevate the riding experience to a whole new level of sophistication. Moreover, embracing modernity, the CL-C is fully decked out with LED fixtures, encompassing everything from the headlights to the indicators and taillights, adding a touch of contemporary finesse to its overall appeal.
The 2024 CFMOTO 450 CL-C is strategically poised to stand toe-to-toe with industry veterans like the Honda Rebel 500, Kawasaki Eliminator, and Royal Enfield’s 350 class. What sets it apart and positions it as a strong contender is its promise to deliver an authentic cruiser experience within its segment, courtesy of the 270-degree parallel twin engine configuration. This unique feature ensures that the CL-C embodies the essence of a true cruiser, setting a new benchmark for its rivals to match.
