We just arrived from the picturesque beaches of El Nido Palawan following the global launch of the all-new CFMOTO 450MT. It goes without saying that this is one of the most hotly anticipated adventure bikes, not just in the Philippines, but the entire world.  A delegation consisting of journalists, media, and influencers from all over the world flocked to Seda in El Nido to experience this bike first hand.

Diving into the details, the 450MT is CFMOTO’s most off-road-capable model to date. It’s powered by a 449cc, liquid-cooled, fuel-injected, parallel-twin engine with 43.5 horsepower and 44 Nm of torque. Worth noting here is the 270-degree crankshaft that provides power and sound similar to that of a V-twin engine.

Underpinnings-wise, we’re looking at premium components such as an adjustable KYB front fork, as well as an adjustable linkage-equipped rear monoshock. The bike rolls on a 21-inch front and 18-inch rear wheel complete with a tubeless spoked setup. The 450MT delivers quite a lightweight package, tipping the scales at just 175 kilograms—a figure that’s sure to appeal to performance riders looking for a capable machine to take off-road. 

The CFMOTO 450MT doesn't compromise on technology, offering switchable ABS and traction control for enhanced safety. Its fully digital TFT instrument cluster keeps you informed, while the USB charger ensures your devices stay powered during rides. With user-friendly and tactile switchgear, navigating features is effortless. Plus, its cushy saddle caters to comfort on both on and off-road journeys, complemented by removable rubber inserts on foot pegs for added versatility.

Optional extras for the CFMOTO 450MT include a full luggage set, perfect for longer rides, along with a touring windscreen for added comfort on highways. For extra protection, riders can opt for upper and lower crash guards. While the pricing for these accessories hasn't been disclosed yet, they promise to enhance the versatility and safety of the 450MT, catering to various rider preferences and needs.
