Ace Motorcycles Philippines closes with promises to honor warranties
Despite the closure, remaining motorcycles will still be sold, and their business overseas will still continue.
Ace Motorcycles Philippines, a motorcycle brand based in the Subic Freeport Zone has just announced over its Facebook page that they are shutting down their business. They cited difficulty across the political and business landscape on a local and national level, which gave them many hardships in importing their motorcycles and conducting their business.
On their official Facebook page, Ace Motorcycle Philippines stated, “It is with regret that we inform all our customers that this shop is now closed and our Philippines business has been sold. We have had to make this hard decision after we found it impossible to carry out importing motorcycles,” which can be attributed to numerous factors concerning their interactions with third parties.
However, they assured the public that they would make good with their remaining obligations with their customers, particularly, all existing warranties over their spare parts and service will still continue to be honored. In addition, they will continue to assist their customers in having their motorcycles registered for those with still pending documentation requirements. Meanwhile, their remaining inventory of motorcycles can still be purchased in their authorized local dealerships located in Angeles City, Pampanga and in General Santos. On the other hand, more focus will be devoted to the overseas sales of their motorcycles in Hongkong, Europe, Africa, and South America which would still continue despite Philippine closure.
Ace motorcycles is a British-owned motorcycle company that has been in the Philippine market for about three years. Among their lineups included the Ace Roadster 400 classic and the Ace Crossover 250 dual-sport/enduro motorcycle built from parts sourced from different OEM’s including China. They have been known to have participated in several motorcycle off-road events such as the Annual Lahar Challenge in Pampanga and other enduro events.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our great customers and thank you for choosing the Ace brand. We have met some truly wonderful people who share our love for our motorcycles
