2025 Ducati Panigale V4 is ready to set the track ablaze
More performance, more technology, and revised styling make this the sharpest Panigale V4 yet.
Ducati has always been synonymous with performance, and the Panigale V4 has long been the epitome of this ethos. For 2025, it seems that Ducati has somehow outdone itself yet again.
Ducati has launched the first models of the 2025 season with a revamped Panigale V4 and V4 S. The new Panigale boasts a 1103cc V4 engine delivering an impressive 216 horsepower and 91 lb-ft of torque. The bike features completely new front-end bodywork and a hollowed-out double-sided shell-cast aluminum swingarm. This new swingarm replaces the traditional single-sided unit, reducing lateral stiffness by 37 percent for better cornering feel.
The rear suspension, inspired by MotoGP, is lighter and maintains a progressive ratio with a shorter shock length. Despite these updates, the Panigale retains its Front Frame chassis from the 2018 model. The V4 S includes electronic Ohlins NPX-30 forks, TTX 36 shock, and steering damper, while the base model has fully adjustable 43 mm Showa Big Piston Fork and Sachs shock, plus a Sachs steering damper. Both models ride on forged aluminum wheels wrapped in Pirelli Supercorsa V4 SP tires.
New Brembo Hypure calipers provide stopping power and are 30g lighter per side than the previous Stylema calipers. The styling includes Desmosedici D16RR-inspired headlights, a higher front-end, integrated mirrors, and MotoGP-like winglets.
The bike is equipped with advanced electronics, including an IMU, various controls, and a new 'Race eCBS' combined braking system with seven intervention levels. The 6.5-inch TFT display is a significant upgrade. An optional Akrapovic track/race exhaust system reduces weight by 14.5 lb and boosts power to 225 hp.
Here in the Philippines, the Panigale V4 is extremely popular among performance enthusiasts with deep pockets. Surely, it's just a matter of time until we see this groundbreaking supersport on local shores.
