The 2024 BMW R 1300 GS is finally here
BMW Motorrad Philippines held a grand unveiling on December 10, 2023.
Since the launch of the all-new 2024 BMW R 1300 GS in the global market, Pinoy enthusiasts have been eagerly awaiting its launch in the local market. True enough, this enthusiasm was met with a remarkable launch by BMW Motorrad Philippines, which resulted in the rapid sell-out of its initial batch. The event generated substantial fanfare, confirming the strong interest for this top-of-the-line adventure bike in the Philippines.
During the launch event, several orders were made as enthusiasts eagerly secured their slots for the brand-new adventure bike, signaling an overwhelming interest and desire for ownership. The Philippine market is set to receive four variants of the R 1300 GS: Light White, Triple Black, GS Trophy, and Option 719, all boasting state-of-the-art technology and features tailored to different preferences and tastes.
Noteworthy features of the R 1300 GS encompass a bigger, more powerful 1,300cc engine generating 145 horsepower, a significant upgrade from its predecessor. Additionally, this model introduces the first-ever Adaptive Cruise Control in the GS line, enhancing safety and convenience. Electronic advancements like an adjustable windshield further elevate its appeal. At the event, the Trophy and Option 719 variants stole the spotlight with their remarkable detailing and distinctive features, drawing considerable attention and admiration.
BMW Motorrad Philippines’ comprehensive approach, inviting media, clubs, and owners to the event, yielded great success as the initial batch of R 1300 GS motorcycles sold out swiftly. This inclusive strategy resonated well with the community, contributing to the enthusiastic reception and quick sales. Moreover, the event disclosed the pricing range for the R 1300 GS, accommodating diverse preferences and budgets in the Philippine market. Prices span from P1,675,000 to P1,855,000. This pricing strategy allows for accessibility and choice, catering to a wide spectrum of potential buyers.
