2020 Vespa S 125 I-get scooter launched in the Philippines
Small displacement in-city mobility from Vespa starts at P138,000

Vespa, a name synonymous with urban mobility and subtle elegance since 1946, has just launched its Vespa S scooter to the market. Featuring a 125cc motor with a twist-and-go operation, the S stands out with its design and character that only the Italian brand can deliver.
Featuring a matte paint finish on a few selected colors, the scooter comes in either a matte or glossy coat of paint that can either be bright or elegant in its hue. The brand has also outfitted the model with LED headlamps in a rectangular headlight housing, as well as a new instrument panel with revamped graphics which are visible in various lighting conditions. The instrumentation displays a fuel level, clock time, and speed and the screen technology used is an LCD.

The saddle design is also changed and now features a flatter and narrower tip, but with enough padding and size to ensure a comfortable ride for those with modest height. A reshaped footrest is also new and can accommodate riders with modest height, and accommodate a passenger’s feet even more.
The engine that drives the bike’s rear wheel is a 125cc air-cooled I-get engine with electronic fuel injection and three valves timing that improves efficiency. There is only one piston in this engine, and it is a 4-stroke that produces 10.19 hp and 10.2 Nm of torque. The power from this motor connects to a CVT transmission with a torque server.

Vespa has equipped this scooter with a swingarm that is structured on roller boxes that reduce operating friction. This system is connected to the body and engine with a damping absorber to mitigate road harshness and engine vibration.
For security, the Vespa S has an immobilizer and anti-theft system as standard. Other features to this scooter include a functional glovebox, a bag hook, and a USB port for charging electronic devices.
Color options for the Scooter include Grey Titanio (Matte), Yellow Sole (Glossy), White Innocenza (Glossy), Black Vulcano (Glossy), Blue Vivace (Matte).
Pricing for the Vespa S 125 starts at P145,000 with only one variant available for the model range.
